  • A lack of proper planning led to major business and user experience issues with the bidding system. The lead developer and I paired up advocating for a overhaul because evidence showed the current system was hurting the buyers, sellers, the seller retention, and a potential lost revenue due to missed bidding opportunities.   • The EstateSales.NET Marketplace refund workflow for orders containing multiple items, especially those utilizing the new combined auction feature, was found to be unclear and confusing. Testing revealed that both owners and employees of estate sale and auction companies experienced difficulties in issuing and understanding refunds. Read full case study.

  • The Sounding Board product prior to this enhancement provided a very minimal experience for managers, yet managers are critical to the success of their team member’s leadership development and ultimately to the goal of creating dynamic organizations. They are also critical to Sounding Board’s growth as a company, as they have the unique opportunity to influence those making buying decisions.
